All DrunkCraft products are handmade, and a large portion is produced to order. Therefore, production and shipping times may vary depending on the product type and order volume.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Personalized and made-to-order products are also typically prepared within 1–5 business days

During busy periods, preparation times may be extended. Customers will be informed in such cases

Incorrect Address Information

DrunkCraft is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible for address updates.
Undelivered & Returned Shipments
For orders that are not collected or are returned by the carrier:

A reshipping fee may apply for re-delivery

For personalized products, refunds may not be issued in cases where delivery failure is caused by incorrect address or non-collection
Damaged Packages
We recommend checking your package upon delivery.
If your package appears damaged, please request a delivery report from the courier (if possible) and contact us immediately.
