Cancellation and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

GENERAL

By placing an order through our website, every customer is deemed to have read and accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement provided in electronic form.

All purchases are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 14 days in accordance with legal requirements. If delivery is not completed within this period, the customer has the right to cancel the order.

PRODUCT & DELIVERY

DrunkCraft products are made to order and delivered in full compliance with the specified specifications.

Upon delivery, the package must be inspected. Packages that are damaged, torn, or opened should not be accepted. Once accepted, the product is considered delivered in good condition and complete.

PAYMENT STATUS

If payment is not completed or is cancelled in bank records, the obligation to deliver the order is void.

In case of unauthorized use of a credit card, the product must be returned within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If delivery cannot be completed due to force majeure events beyond DrunkCraft’s control, the customer may:

  • Cancel the order

  • Request a replacement product

  • Request a delay in delivery

In case of cancellation, the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for withdrawal, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be undamaged

  • Be returned in its original packaging

The invoice must also be included in the return package.

DRUNKCRAFT CUSTOM PRODUCTION POLICY (IMPORTANT)

A significant portion of DrunkCraft products are custom-made, personalized, and handcrafted upon order.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Products personalized with name, date, or custom message

  • Products made according to customer-specific requests

  • Custom-designed items

Once production begins, the product is considered a personalized item.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Custom-made and personalized products

  • Opened hygienic products

  • Used or damaged items

  • Digital content or instantly delivered services

  • Special productions not suitable for return

RETURN PROCESS

After receiving the withdrawal notice:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days

  • Returned products are received within 20 days

  • Any value loss caused by the customer will be deducted from the refund

PROMOTIONS

If a return affects the conditions of a campaign, any applied discounts will be cancelled and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

For credit card payments, the agreement between the customer and their bank applies. Any delays or financial/legal consequences arising from payment issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments can be made via:

  • Credit / Debit Card (one-time or installment)

  • Bank Transfer / EFT
