When will my order arrive and which shipping companies do you use?
All products are handmade. Orders are typically prepared and handed over to shipping within 1–5 business days.
The shipping carrier may vary depending on the delivery address and destination country. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local courier services.
Do you use real leather?
Yes. DrunkCraft products are made from 100% genuine, natural leather.
Each piece has its own unique texture, tone, and surface character.
How should I care for leather products?
To ensure long-lasting use:

Wipe occasionally with a soft, dry cloth

With proper care, leather develops a richer and more unique character over time.
My leather product is shedding small particles. What is this?
This is usually caused by the natural surface fibers of genuine leather opening during initial use.
It is a completely natural process and decreases over time.
Where can I see product sizes/dimensions?
All product dimensions are clearly stated on each product page.

How do I add personalization?
During checkout, you can enter:

in the “Personalization” field.
If you do not want personalization, simply select “No”.
My order is a gift. What should I do?
If your order is a gift:

You can add a short message in the note section

Invoices are not included in the package

A custom gift note card can be added upon request
Do you accept cancellations and returns?
For personalized products, cancellations or returns are not accepted once production has started.
For non-personalized products, returns are accepted under certain conditions.

How does the return process work?

Once approved, the returned product is inspected upon arrival and the process is initiated.
When will I receive my refund?
For approved returns, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
