At DrunkCraft, every product is individually handmade in our atelier after your order is placed. Since we focus on craftsmanship and detail rather than mass production, the production time may vary depending on the nature of the item.

  • Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days.

  • For personalized or custom-made products, production time may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email or your preferred communication channel.

  • Domestic shipments within Türkiye are handled through our contracted courier partners.

  • For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local courier operations.

Payment Methods

Credit / Debit Card

You can securely complete your payment using a credit or debit card through our secure payment infrastructure.

Your card information is never viewed, stored, or shared by DrunkCraft. All transactions are processed through secure payment systems.

Bank Transfer / EFT

You may also complete your order via bank transfer (EFT).

After your payment is received, your order will be confirmed and the production process will begin.

Please make sure to include your order number in the payment description.

  • For made-to-order and personalized products, production begins only after payment confirmation.

  • Please review our relevant policies for return and exchange conditions regarding personalized items.

  • We currently do not offer cash on delivery.
