Distance Selling Agreement

1. PARTIES

BUYER:
The person whose name, surname, and delivery address are provided during the order process.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer via www.drunkcraft.com.

This contract has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The name, quantity, sales price, and payment details of the products subject to the order are included in the order summary and confirmation email.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are collected via the method selected during checkout (credit card / debit card) through the secure payment infrastructure of iyzico.

All prices include VAT.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are generally shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary between 1–5 business days depending on the shipping company and delivery address, excluding production time.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any justification and without penalty.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A significant portion of DrunkCraft products are custom-made and produced upon order. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Custom-made products (name, date, special design, etc.)

  • Products personalized according to customer requests

  • Products that are by nature non-returnable or may deteriorate quickly

WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to drunkcraftco@gmail.com.

After the returned product is received and inspected for compliance, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

By completing the order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
